This photo Tok Tok was taken in Sumalot, Egypt where my family is from. I have recieved a Scolastic Gold Key Medal at Carneige Hall for this photo. I have had the opportunity to travel to New York and Washington D.C. to see my photo exhibited in the President’s Committee of Arts and Humanities, Parsons School of Design and multiple other exhibitions.

HCP’s Collaborations XVI: The Nature of Technology, offers up a group exhibition of exemplary photographic works from 18 students from Houston-area high schools. This piece was exhibited in the Houston Center for Photography as a part of their Collaborations program. It works to show how as humans we plaster materials constantly over our natural land and attempt to coerce the natural environment to meet our needs

Recieved 5th place in the photo illustration category in the Jostens National 2016 Photo Contest, Also recieved highest rating in the Visual Arts Scholastic Event (V.A.S.E.) Competition 2015 and later moved up to state level
